I have used this typebrand of hard-drive for several years now and I wanted to get a second one as a back-up because its a good idea to replace old electronics.

It came in excellent and safe packaging and the ship and delivery time was very fast - I selected free shipping with the longest delivery and arrival time and my item came much earlier than expected - as if it was on another shipping.

In my experience, its easy to set up - you plug it in and a pop-up comes onto the screen and gives you some options for extra back-up if you so choose, then you can just simply start using it - in my case transferring photos and videos and Word documents from my old hard-drive to the new one.

I would occasionally open a file or video here and there to check if they got corrupted through the transfer somehow and there has been no problems.

This is a great product and I cannot complain.

Just as reliable as my first My Passport for Mac external hard-drive.
